Unfortunately, it happens that our guests are forced to cancel their visit with us. Unfortunately we cannot refund entry tickets, however you can get your money back for the autograph or photo ticket, or switch to a photo/autograph with another celebrity. We have a limited number of tickets for each session. To be sure that you get a ticket, we recommend that you buy it in advance online. If there are tickets left, you can also buy on the spot up to 15 minutes before the end of the session, but we cannot guarantee that there are tickets left.

When you buy your photo and autograph ticket, you choose the day and time. It is important that you keep to the time, the ticket is only valid during the time you have chosen. You are responsible for being there on time for your session – if you miss your session, we will do what we can to give another time, but if this is not possible, you have used up your ticket.

Yes, you must have a photo or autograph ticket to enter the Heroes Meet. And you only enter the Heroes Meet area for the specific session for which you bought a ticket to avoid unnecessary crowds and queues.
